Ground Floor Chapel
Conferences and Events
Our beautifully restored chapel provides a versatile and welcoming space for gatherings of all kinds. Seating 80–100 guests, the chapel is ideal for conferences, meetings, services, and community events.
It is also available for hire by religious congregations who may not have a fixed place of worship.
Equipped with screens at the front, the chapel allows for seamless presentations, video links, and conference calls directly from your phone or device.
Light refreshments can be provided on request, and for larger functions the space can be booked in conjunction with our upstairs hall, with full catering available from Luciano’s restaurant.

Basement Dance Studio and Changing Room
Basement Dance Studio
Our purpose-built 40m² basement dance studio offers a professional, adaptable space designed for movement and fitness. Fitted throughout with a premium multi-dance floor by Le Mark Floors, the studio is suitable for all styles of dance – from ballet and contemporary to tap – as well as for personal training sessions, yoga, Pilates, and children’s exercise classes.
The studio benefits from its own private entrance, providing direct access to a dedicated changing room and toilet facilities for added convenience. A built-in sound system and full WiFi coverage make it easy to run classes with music or online support.
Whether you’re an instructor looking for a regular base or a group in need of a flexible, well-equipped space, the basement dance studio at Luciano’s at the Chapel provides the perfect setting.

Treatment Room for Hire
Our brand-new treatment rooms offers a professional, well-presented space ideal for therapists, practitioners, and wellness specialists. Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, each room features a fitted sink, non-slip flooring, and large windows that provide an abundance of natural light.
The treatment rooms have their own private entrance (separate to the chapel) exclusively for the treatment suites, and shares bathroom facilities with the adjacent treatment room. Available for flexible hire, this space provides an excellent opportunity for practitioners seeking a modern, accessible, and welcoming base.
